This page contains a flow chart summarising the steps that should
be taken to subscribe to the NETA Reports service. The process of
registration should take a week, if the subscribing organisation
is not a BSC Party then there is an additional requirement that
the organisation become a licensed user of "P114 Data".

| You need to enter
into a licensing agreement with Elexon to access "P114 Data". Click the
following link to go to
the instructions on the Elexon website and elect to become a recipient
of data via a third party (the NETA Reports service of EnAppSys Ltd).

| Download the
licence agreement from the NETA
Reports Website. Print off two copies and forward both to EnAppSys
Ltd. |

| When you talk to Elexon
agree a time to start access to the data of a week from when you have
completed their paperwork and the payment of £3,000 to Elexon has cleared
to allow EnAppSys Ltd to process your access to the NETA Reports website.
EnAppSys Ltd will not take any action until EnAppSys Ltd has confirmation
from Elexon that you are a licensed user of the data. |

| EnAppSys Ltd will sign
the agreement and return one copy. |
|

|
|
|
|
| Requested users will
have their privileges modified to allow access to data. |
